Monday Wind Down Gentle Pilates - 30 Minute

Get into your jammies and decompress with a Gentle Pilates Flow. We will be enjoying stretches and light Pilates exercises that will facilitate an end of the day wind-down to prepare you for a restful sleep. There will also be space created to contemplate an action of self-care for the week.

About the Event

Put your jammies on, turn on some soothing sounds and join Denise via zoom for a Gentle Pilates class that will help you decompress. This 30ish-minute class will include stretching, posture care, and core conditioning exercises that will help your mind body and spirit get into the zone for a restful sleep.
